Yes, we are a pet-friendly resort. Please ensure you have added your pet on to your booking.
Please note, dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are not permitted at our resorts, please read our FAQ section titled “what is your dog policy?” for more detailed information.

Yes, we are open 12 months of the year, including Christmas and New Year.
There’s a Tesco express just a mile and a half away and a larger superstore in Ryde.
No, but all our lodges have a washer/dryer in the kitchen.
Please follow the same strict rules you would outside the park. We strongly advise that, for your protection, if you or any member of your family or guests use or ride bicycles, skateboards, scooters or heelies; please wear helmets and reflective clothing.
We’re pet-friendly, but do have a few rules to ensure our resorts can be enjoyed by pet-owners and non-pet-owners alike. We ask that no dogs, pets, or animals of any kind may occupy a non-pet unit without the prior permission of the General Manager. (Please add your pet onto your booking form so you are allocated the correct unit).
- Pets must be kept on a lead at all times. while on the resort.
- All fouling should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate manner.
- In accordance with the Dangerous Dog Act 1991, the following breeds of dog are not permitted anywhere on the park at any time: Pit-bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero, XL Bully, as well as any other breed at the General Manager’s discretion.
- You, as the holiday guest or holiday home owner, are responsible for the behaviour of your party’s dog. Should you have a dog behaving badly, inappropriately or affecting the comfort of other guests, we may ask that you remove the dog from area. Should we have any safety concerns of others, or that your dog may not be under control, we may ask you and your party to leave the resort.

No, the distribution of power to the units cannot sustain prolonged high usage.
Yes, there is parking next to all our lodges.
The beach is only a 5 minute walk away from the resort.
Yes, it is and guests should use the postcode PO33 4JT which will bring up Woodside Caravan Park (old name for the site), you can then put your lodge number and the park name in the delivery notes.
Yes, all our facilities are open to the public. Please call reception for more information about prices/memberships.
Yes you may have a BBQ, but we do ask that you take care and you are required to use the racks we supply at reception.
We also sell disposable BBQs. The racks have to be fitted by our team to the decking.
We do not have any DVD players on the lodge retreat.
Yes, towels are provided.
All of our holiday lodges are equipped with fridge freezers.
